Welcome to Vintage Gaming Hub! The following Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made through our website or physical store locations. By completing a purchase, the Buyer agrees to all terms outlined below.
One-Year Limited Warranty
We stand behind our products! Our One-Year Limited Warranty covers:
- New & Refurbished Products: Telephone diagnosis, repair, and replacement of defective parts for one year from the date of delivery.
- Labor Coverage: First service call within the first 30 days after delivery.
What’s Not Covered?
- Abuse, misuse, or unauthorized repairs/movements.
- Pinball machines & arcade cabinets manufactured before 1990.
- Items used in commercial (non-residential) settings or rental properties.
- Products marked “As Is” in the description.
- Coin mechanisms (not included with purchase and not covered under warranty).
Product Setup
- Some items require assembly—please follow the provided manuals or online guides.
- Vintage Gaming Hub is not responsible for damage caused by improper setup.
- If our team or authorized reps handle the setup, we are not liable for damage to the product or property (walls, floors, doorways, etc.) during delivery/installation.
Delivery Times
- Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and depend on payment processing, stock availability, and carrier schedules.
- Shipping Address Requirements:
- Must be accessible by an 18-wheeler semi-truck.
- The buyer is responsible for confirming product dimensions and ensuring the delivery location is feasible.
- If a shipment is returned due to inaccessibility, it will be treated as a refusal of delivery, subject to a 50% refund (minus shipping/storage fees).
Product Inspection
- Inspect Immediately: Unpack and check for damage in the shipper’s presence and note any issues on their paperwork.
- Report Damage Fast: Contact us immediately if damage is found.
- Minor wear (scratches, nicks) from packaging/transit is normal and does not qualify for refusal/return.
Drop-Shipping & Consignment
- Some products may ship directly from third-party suppliers.
- Consignment sellers remain anonymous—attempting to contact them voids all warranties (item becomes “As Is”).
Pricing & Quotes
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Written quotes expire after 24 hours and may be adjusted for changes in specs, quantities, or shipping terms.
Returns & Cancellations
- Cancellations: Must be requested in writing email to sales@vintagegaminghub.com within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- Approved Returns: Subject to a 25% restocking fee + shipping costs.
- Refused Deliveries: Result in a 50% refund (minus shipping/storage fees).
Legal Fees
- Buyers agree to cover all reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees, for unpaid balances.
- Vintage Gaming Hub reserves the right to halt future deliveries until payment is resolved.
Governing Law
All purchases and disputes are governed by the laws of Missouri (St. Louis County). Any legal action must be filed and resolved in St. Louis County courts.
