Overview

At Vintage Gaming Hub, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we’ll make it better.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, returns are not accepted (unless required by law).

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition (no scratches, damage, or modifications).
  • In its original packaging (including manuals, accessories, and protective materials).

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards or digital downloads (e.g., software, ROMs).
  • Opened media: CDs, DVDs, vinyl records, or video games (unless defective).
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase).
  • Personal/hygiene items (e.g., used joystick grips, cleaning kits).

Required for All Returns

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  • Pre-approval: Email us at sales@vintagegaminghub.com before shipping anything back.

Refund Process

1️⃣ Inspect & Approve: We’ll review your return within 3–5 business days of receipt.
2️⃣ . Refund Issued: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is our fault).

Partial Refunds

We may deduct a partial refund if:

  • The item shows wear or damage not caused by us.
  • Parts or accessories are missing.

Late/Missing Refunds?

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement (processing times vary).
  2. Contact your payment provider.
  3. Still missing? Email us at sales@vintagegaminghub.com.

Exchanges

We only replace defective/damaged items. To request an exchange:

  1. Email sales@vintagegaminghub.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
  2. Ship the item to:

Shipping Returns

  • You cover return shipping costs (we recommend tracking + insurance for high-value items).
  • No drop-offs: Returns must be mailed (no in-person returns at this time).

Gift Returns

  • If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive store credit via email.
  • For non-gift purchases, refunds go to the original buyer.
