30-Day Return Window
You may request a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, returns are not accepted (unless required by law).
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in original condition (no scratches, damage, or modifications).
- In its original packaging (including manuals, accessories, and protective materials).
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Gift cards or digital downloads (e.g., software, ROMs).
- Opened media: CDs, DVDs, vinyl records, or video games (unless defective).
- Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase).
- Personal/hygiene items (e.g., used joystick grips, cleaning kits).
Required for All Returns
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- Pre-approval: Email us at sales@vintagegaminghub.com before shipping anything back.
Refund Process
1️⃣ Inspect & Approve: We’ll review your return within 3–5 business days of receipt.
2️⃣ . Refund Issued: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is our fault).
Partial Refunds
We may deduct a partial refund if:
- The item shows wear or damage not caused by us.
- Parts or accessories are missing.
Late/Missing Refunds?
- Check your bank or credit card statement (processing times vary).
- Contact your payment provider.

Exchanges
We only replace defective/damaged items. To request an exchange:
- Email sales@vintagegaminghub.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
- Ship the item to:

Shipping Returns
- You cover return shipping costs (we recommend tracking + insurance for high-value items).
- No drop-offs: Returns must be mailed (no in-person returns at this time).
Gift Returns
- If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive store credit via email.
- For non-gift purchases, refunds go to the original buyer.
