Returns & Refunds Eligibility

- Defective or damaged item upon arrival
- Incorrect item shipped
- The item significantly differs from the product description
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “As-Is”
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Opened or used items (unless defective)
- Buyer’s remorse (unless covered under a specific promotion)
Timeframe for Returns
- You must notify us within 7 days of delivery of defective/wrong items.
- Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of approval.
Return Process
1️⃣ Contact Us First
- Email sales@vintagegaminghub.com with:
- Order number
- Photos/video of the issue (if applicable)
- Reason for return
2️⃣ Approval & Return Instructions
- We’ll review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- Returns without an RMA may be refused.
3️⃣ Ship the Item Back
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible).
- Include all accessories, manuals, and original parts.
- Ship using a trackable method (we recommend insurance for high-value items).
4️⃣ . Refund or Exchange
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.
Refund Methods
- Credit/Debit Card & PayPal: Refunded to the original payment method (3-5 business days to process).
- Store Credit: Option available if preferred (instant issuance).
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
- Exchanges for a different item are subject to availability.
- Price differences will be adjusted (you may need to pay the balance or receive a partial refund).
Damaged or Lost in Transit
- If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately (within 48 hours) with photos.
- We may file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
